Ingredients

1 c. jam (your choice)
1 c. nuts (more's better)
2 Irish potatoes, creamed
2 c. flour
2/3 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pear preserves
3 Tbsp. sour cream with 1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 about 40 to 45 minutes. This cake may be baked in 1 pound coffee cans or Bundt pan.
Good with or without filling.
