Rosettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Beat all together just until combined (not frothy).
Have pan of hot oil ready and use hot rosette iron.
Dip iron into batter and then into grease until lightly browned.
Remove and drain on paper bag.
When cool, brush with powdered sugar.
Makes 36 to 40.
