Orange Sauce(Dessert Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks, beaten until light and lemon colored
1 c. sugar
juice of 2 oranges
grated rind of 1/2 orange
1/2 c. very fine coconut
1 c. cream, whip or use frozen topping, thawed
Preparation

Put into a saucepan the egg yolks, sugar, oranges and orange rind.
Cook until thick, then cool.
Fold in fine coconut.
Store in fridge.
