Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pecans
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package.
Pour 1/2 batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. In top of double boiler, melt caramels, milk and butter.
Pour the caramel mixture over the baked portion of cake.
Sprinkle pecans and chips over the caramel mixture.
Spread the remaining batter over the cake and filling.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
