Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Sprinkle over batter in pan.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups hot water over dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
