Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. Colby cheese (sharp)
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (medium)
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 1/2 boxes lasagna noodles
    seasoned salt to taste (optional)
    garlic powder to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Shred cheeses.
    Brown ground beef with chopped onion and chopped green pepper; drain off liquid.
    Add seasoning.
    Add tomato paste with 3 1/2 cans of water.
    Mix spaghetti sauce mix in.
    Stir together well.
    If too thick, add more water gradually. Cook noodles until done; do not overcook.
