deer meat (beef, pork or chicken)
soy sauce
garlic powder
green pepper
onion
oil
Preparation

Soak deer (or other meat) in soy sauce (just enough to soak in).
Sprinkle garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon) over top.
Soak about 2 days.
