Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    6 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
    1 c. uncooked rice
    20 oz. bag frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Saute onion in stick of margarine.
    In double boiler or microwave, make sauce of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese and evaporated milk.
    Stir in onion, rice and a 20 ounce bag of frozen broccoli.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
