Sweet And Sour Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 packet onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 tomato, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix dressing, preserves, soup mix and water.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Put pineapple, pepper and tomatoes on top and bake another 1/2 hour, uncovered.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
