Red Flannel Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    3 c. chopped, cooked potatoes
    2 c. chopped corned beef
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in grease until done.
    Combine remaining ingredients and fry in pan until bottom is crusty.
    Do not stir!! This is a great old English recipe!
