Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless venison
    oil
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 soup can Burgundy wine
    2 pkg. frozen stew vegetables or whole onions, carrots and small potatoes
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in black iron pot in a small amount of oil. Add seasoning, soup, wine and vegetables. Cover and bake at 200\u00b0 for no less than 8 hours.
