Corned Beef Molded Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (small) lemon jello
1 c. salad dressing
4 small sweet pickles, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can corned beef, forked into small pieces
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and cool before adding other ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish or mold and place in refrigerator until set.
Unmold and serve.
