Superb Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 large onions (1/2-inch slices)
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, reserve liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Cut steak in thin strips (tenderize).
In large skillet, brown meat in oil.
Add onions and saute until tender.
Blend soup, liquid from mushrooms and garlic salt.
Pour over steak.
Add mushrooms.
Simmer, covered, 1 hour or until tender.
Serve over rice.
