Fried Rice And Garden Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. diced carrots
2 c. diced cabbage
1/2 c. diced okra
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook rice until firm; cool.
Saute beef and sausage; put aside.
Stir-fry vegetables in grease remaining in pan.
Add meat mixture, then rice, constantly stirring to keep from burning. Pour soy sauce over mixture.
Stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve while hot.
