Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. instant bouillon (beef)
    1 tsp. or 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cabbage, chopped and cooked slightly
    1 c. uncooked macaroni, cooked until slightly done, drained and added to stock
    2 cans white beans
    2 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and celery in skillet; pour off grease and set aside.
    In large pan, add the meat, onions and celery to V-8 juice, tomatoes, chicken broth, bouillon, chili powder, oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper for soup stock.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Add cabbage and the liquid to soup stock.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 1/2 hour.
    May use Parmesan cheese when serving. SERVES A LOT!
