Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 lb. margarine
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. sweet cream
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook pasta in large pot with oil until soft.
    Drain.
    Set aside.
    In large pot, melt margarine over medium heat.
    Add the egg, cream and cheese gradually until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Heap pasta on a serving platter and pour sauce over. Serves 4.
