Dad'S Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. or more lean cubed beef
    28 oz. tomatoes
    1 large chopped onion
    1 qt. coarsely chopped celery
    2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All vegetables
    2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef in pressure cooker.
    Add 1 quart or more water to cover beef 2 inches.
    Pressure cook at 10 pounds for 20 minutes. In large soup pot, simmer tomatoes, onion, celery and Veg-All. Add seasonings, beef and beef stock.
    Add cooked rice and simmer for 1 hour.
