Fresh Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. grated apple
    2 Tbsp. seedless raisins, chopped
    2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon until smooth.
    Spoon into medium bowl; stir in apple, raisins and walnuts.
    Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Serve as a dip with crackers.
