Austrian Baked Kotleti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1/2 lb. lean ground pork
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    4 slices crustless bread
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. beef broth
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Soak bread in water, then tear it into small pieces and add to meat mixture with beaten yolks.
    Mix.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into meat mixture with a fork.
    Form into oblong patties, about 3 inches long.
