Cheese Topped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry chicken.
    Cook garlic in butter for 30 seconds.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken in mixture. Cook chicken in butter mixture for 20 minutes, turning once. Remove chicken, cook onions and sliced mushrooms in butter.
    Place chicken in casserole 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Spoon onions and mushroom butter mixture over chicken.
    Top with cheese slice. Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts and dish is warmed.
