Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
1 small can Angel Flake coconut
1 stick margarine
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Crush vanilla wafers.
Melt margarine in frypan.
Add coconut and cook until coconut is toasted.
Mix with vanilla wafers.
Press mixture into 12 x 9-inch pan, saving about 1 cup to sprinkle on top.
Slice ice cream and spread evenly over crust.
Sprinkle cup of crumbs on top.
Cover and place in freezer.
