Lemon Cream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. hot milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine until light and fluffy.
Add confectioners sugar and hot milk alternately.
Beat well after each addition.
Blend in the salt and lemon juice.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Makes about 2 cups.
