Pa Apps' Spaghetti Sauce(From Medina High'S Class Of '69) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 oz.) or 1 large pkg. spaghetti mix
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 gal. tomato sauce or juice
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (12 oz.) or 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. Romano grated cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. red hot pepper
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated minced onion
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. celery salt or flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 4 shots garlic juice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 8-quart kettle and throughout, stir. Heat on medium heat.
    Let cook in slow boil for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. After cooled, put in containers and freeze.
    When reheating, use low to medium heat so not to burn.
    Makes 1 3/4 gallons of sauce.
