Marinated Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cabbage
1 large green pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
1 1/2 c. low-cal Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine vegetables and sugar in bowl; stir well.
Combine Italian dressing, dry mustard and celery seed in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat.
Pour mixture over vegetables, tossing to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Stir and serve using a slotted spoon.
