Lentil Garlic Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    4 minced cloves garlic
    1 chopped onion
    2 diced carrots
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/4 c. rinsed dried lentils
    1 c. white cooking wine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in water.
    Saute garlic, onion and carrots in olive oil in large soup pot.
    Add lentils, broth, wine and pepper.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6.
