Polish Mashed Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. mashed potatoes (cold)
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients well.
Drop into boiling water with the tip of a teaspoon.
Cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Saute chopped onion in butter until tender.
Drain dumplings well.
Add to butter and onions; salt and pepper to taste.
