Speedy Veggie Wrap-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno pepper (2 c.)
    2 c. purchased broccoli coleslaw
    1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
    8 (9 or 10-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine cheese, broccoli coleslaw and tomato.
    Place 1/2 cup mixture in center of each tortilla.
    Roll tortilla up, folding in ends.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet; cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 4.
