Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
With pastry brush, grease well muffin pan cups.
In large bowl with fork, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In small bowl with fork, beat egg slightly, then stir milk, salad oil and bananas into beaten egg.
Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture and with spoon stir just until flour is moistened. Add nuts, if desired; stir briefly.
(Avoid overmixing; batter should be lumpy.)
Spoon batter into muffin pan.
Wipe pan clean of any spills.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes for 12 muffin pan, 30 to 35 minutes for 6 muffin pan, until golden and tester comes out clean and dry.
Remove immediately.
Serve at once.
Store in airtight container.
