Homemade Beef Stick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. lean ground beef
5 rounded tsp. Tender Quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. cracked or milled black peppercorns
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 1/2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
Preparation

Mix as for meat loaf.
Mold into two logs.
Form and shape with wax paper or hands.
Bake on rack in an open pan at 140\u00b0 for hours or at 150\u00b0 for 8 hours.
May be frozen after baking.
