Yellow Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 c. lemon juice
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Put raisins in 2 cups hot water to soak.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Empty yellow cake mix into large mixing bowl.
    Add lemon juice.
    Break eggs into a cup and beat well.
    Add to mix and stir. Add the oil and vanilla; mix well.
    Wash raisins and add to mix. Bake in large greased loaf pan for 35 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
