Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix in order given.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
