Dilly Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. shredded carrot
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation

Cook macaroni following package directions; drain well.
Cool. Combine macaroni, celery, red pepper, carrot and parsley.
Blend together mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and dill weed.
Add to macaroni mixture.
Toss lightly.
Cover and chill well.
Serve salad on lettuce leaves, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
