Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
    1 ripe banana, sliced
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
    1 egg
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ or bran cereal
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat raisins and apple juice concentrate in a saucepan until raisins are soft (approximately 3 minutes).
    Pour raisins into a blender and puree.
    Add banana, oil, vanilla, applesauce and egg to blender and blend together.
