Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cold mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 sq. chocolate, melted
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine potatoes and milk in a bowl.
Mix well.
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl; add eggs.
Beat until fluffy.
Blend in chocolate.
Add potato mixture; mix well.
Sift in flour, baking powder and spices.
Stir in pecans.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 16 servings.
