Bolgogie: Korean Shish Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless sirloin steak
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic
    1 scallion (stem, too)
    6 oz. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    pinch of salt
    pinch of ground red pepper
    2 pinches black pepper
Preparation
    Dice garlic and onion.
    Place in bowl and add all other ingredients. Cut steak into 1-inch square cubes into bowl of the mixture.
    Marinate 4 hours
    or more. Alternate on skewers the marinated steak cubes, pieces of green or red pepper, squares of onion, cherry tomatoes and 1/2 mushrooms.
    Grill over charcoal fire 10 to 15 minutes.
