Shoe Peg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 stack round butter crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Combine onion, celery, Cheddar cheese, corn, green beans, green pepper, soup and sour cream in bowl; mix well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Combine margarine and cracker crumbs in bowl; mix well.
    Sprinkle over casserole. Microwave on High for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
