Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. deviled ham (2 1/4 oz.)
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 to 4 drops hot sauce
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients, blending well.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans.
Chill 2 hours.
Divide cheese mixture in half.
Shape into 2 balls and roll in chopped pecans.
