Frozen Fruit Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 bananas, sliced
    19 oz. pineapple chunks, drained well
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar (I omit)
    1 bag whole strawberries (not thawed all the way)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Cut pineapple chunks in half, if you wish.
    If you are using sugar, combine it with cream cheese and mix well.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Add all other ingredients and stir to coat fruit.
    Place in freezer for at least 1 hour before serving.
    If kept in freezer, as a reserve for unexpected guests, remove 1/2 hour before serving.
