Stuffed Pepper Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
3 c. chopped green pepper
2 onions chopped
1-28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1-28 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. converted rice cooked (2 c. cooked)
1-14 oz.can beef broth
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Brown ground beef. Cook rice. Mix everything together and simmer until peppers and onions are tender.
