Quick Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. celery
    1 qt. chicken stock (cold)
    2 chicken breasts, cubed
    1 c. rice, cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Parboil chicken in boiling water 5 minutes.
    In saucepot, saute onions, celery and carrots in margarine 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour to absorb all liquid.
    Add chicken stock, bouillon cube, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
    Boil slowly, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes.
    Turn down heat.
    Add chicken and rice. Adjust seasoning.
