Chicken And Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 whole cooked chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Cut chicken in bite-size pieces.
Melt butter and blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
Stir in chicken broth and cream.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce thickens.
Stir in wine.
Arrange broccoli and chicken in greased casserole dish.
Pour in sauce and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
