Pigs In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. cold water
    12 frankfurters
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Stir biscuit mix and water together with a fork in a medium mixing bowl to form a soft dough.
    Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured surface.
    Knead 5 times.
    Roll dough onto a square, 12 x 12-inch.
    Cut square into 12 equal rectangles, each 4 x 3-inch. Wrap each rectangle into dough around 1 frankfurter.
    Pinch edge of cardboard to fit into microwave.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Place franks on cardboard.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Cooking time is 7 minutes.
    Recipe yields 6 servings.
