Golden Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup milk.
    Mix to form a smooth paste.
    Stir into boiling soup.
    Add remaining 2 3/4 cups milk and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted and soup thickens.
    Eat and enjoy!
