Ozark Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 deep dish pie crust
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Add to apples and nuts. Combine sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir into fruit mixture. Spoon into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
