Kielbasa Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. kielbasa
    5 medium Idaho potatoes, sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Boil kielbasa in water with vinegar for 5 minutes. In a greased deep dish, layer onions, potatoes and bell pepper.
    Also salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle top with paprika.
    Lay kielbasa on top and cover tightly.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour.
