Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained hominy
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 or 2 cans (small) chopped green chilies
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion slightly.
    Combine with hominy, chilies, sour cream, soup and 1/2 of cheese.
    Put in baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
