New York Style Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 pt. sour cream
    canned fruit topping
Preparation
    Mix both cheeses together.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add vanilla and margarine and mix in.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Pour into ungreased 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 on middle rack of oven for 1 hour.
    Shut off oven and leave cheesecake in for 2 more hours.
    Top with canned fruit topping and serve.
