Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda in 1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix shortening and sugar; add 1 egg at a time.
    Alternate dry mixture and milk.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour in Bundt or angel food pan.
