Pickled Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    bud garlic
    small red hot pepper
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and seed peppers.
    Pack sliced peppers in jar.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt per pint.
    Pour boiling water over peppers and let set overnight.
    Drain and rinse well.
    Bring to boil vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over peppers and seal.
