Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Add cornstarch to sugar.
Add water and salt to dry mixture. Boil over medium heat until mixture bubbles clear.
Remove from heat.
Add jello, stir and let cool.
Clean fresh strawberries and mix with glaze and pour into baked pie shell.
Chill.
Add whipped topping before serving, if desired.
